Service Charge - We charge a service fee of $100 for the first 5 miles from our store in Portland, CT. We charge an additional $10 per 5 miles of travel distance; meaning if you live 15 miles away, you will be charged a $130 service call fee.

Labor Rate - We charge $95 per hour for each employee, meaning 2 employee for 1 hour is $190.

Consultation Fee - We charge $100 to $300 depending on travel time. Payment must be made on the day of the consultation.

Pay Your Bill - When your service is complete, we will mail you an invoice. To remit payment, you can: mail a check, call in a credit card, or pay in store. Late fees may incur after 30 days. We accept the following payment methods:
