Request a Service Call

Service Charge - We charge a service fee of $100 for the first 5 miles from our store in Portland, CT. We charge an additional $10 per 5 miles of travel distance; meaning if you live 15 miles away, you will be charged a $130 service call fee.

Labor Rate - We charge $95 per hour for each employee, meaning 2 employee for 1 hour is $190.

Consultation Fee - We charge $100 to $200 depending on travel time. Payment must be made on the day of the consultation.

Pay Your Bill - When your service is complete, we will mail you an invoice. To remit payment, you can: mail a check, call in a credit card, or pay in store. Late fees may incur after 30 days. We accept the following payment methods:

How Should We Fill Your Water Feature?

You will be charged for the time it takes to fill. We use water from your house to clean and fill the water feature. If you require a water truck to fill, you are responsible for scheduling it and payment.
